Quanlian | Return & Refund Policy<\/b><\/h1>

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased on Quanlian, you may return it for a refund by following the steps outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.<\/p>

1. How to Return an Item<\/b><\/h2>

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:<\/p>

Step I \u2014 Submit Your Return Request<\/b><\/h3>

If you do not have a Quanlian account, open your Order Confirmation Email<\/b><\/span> and click \u201cSave Your Order\u201d<\/b><\/span> to proceed.<\/p>

Step II \u2014 Select the Order<\/b><\/h3>

Go to Your Orders<\/b><\/span>, locate the relevant order, and click \u201cReturn\/Refund\u201d<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>

Step III \u2014 Choose Items to Return<\/b><\/h3>

Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason.<\/p>

Some reasons require additional information; please provide the required details and click \u201cNext\u201d<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>

Step IV \u2014 If the Item Does Not Require Return<\/b><\/h3>

Simply select your preferred refund method:<\/p>

  • Refund to <\/span>Quanlian Credit Balance<\/b>, or<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Refund to your <\/span>original payment method<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Click \u201cSubmit\u201d<\/b><\/span> to complete the request.<\/p>

    Step V \u2014 If the Item Needs to Be Returned<\/b><\/h3>

    Choose the return method and submit your request.<\/p>

    A return label<\/b><\/span> will be provided.<\/p>

    \u2714 The first return per order<\/b><\/span> (including multiple returnable items) is free within 90 days<\/b><\/span> of purchase.<\/p>

    \u2718 Some exceptions apply.<\/p>

    Step VI \u2014 Package Requirements<\/b><\/h3>

    Place all return items in one package<\/b><\/span> along with their original barcodes<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>

    If a barcode is missing:<\/p>

    Place the item in a transparent bag<\/b><\/span> and include it in the return package.<\/p>

    Your package will undergo quality inspection<\/b><\/span>. Refunds are processed only after passing inspection.<\/p>

    Step VII \u2014 Ship the Package<\/b><\/h3>

    Print the provided return label and attach it to the package.<\/p>

    Drop it off at your nearest Neighbour Express \/ Canada Post \/ UPS<\/b><\/span> location.<\/p>

    Step VIII \u2014 Track Your Refund<\/b><\/h3>

    You may view the refund status in:<\/p>

    • The order details page<\/p><\/li>

    • SMS notifications<\/p><\/li>

    • Email<\/p><\/li>

    • Push notifications<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Note:<\/b><\/span> Your package must be postmarked within 14 days<\/b><\/span> after submitting the return request, otherwise the return will be cancelled.<\/p>

      2. Is Return Shipping Free?<\/b><\/h2>

      \u2714 The first return per order<\/b><\/span> within the return period is free<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>

      \u2714 Oversized\/overweight items may be returned via self-shipping<\/b><\/span>; once returned and inspected, you will receive an equivalent Quanlian Credit refund<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>

      If you have already returned one item and need to return additional items from the same order, you may still do so if the return window is open.<\/p>

      For <\/span>second and subsequent returns<\/b> of the same order:<\/span><\/p>

      • You may use our return label<\/p><\/li>

      • A <\/span>US$10.00 shipping fee + applicable taxes<\/b> will be deducted<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        To reduce extra costs and environmental waste, we recommend sending all return items in one shipment.<\/p>

        3. Where to Find Your Return Label<\/b><\/h2>

        You can download the return label in two ways<\/b><\/span>:<\/p>

        Option A<\/b><\/b><\/p>

        All Orders \u2192 Print Return Label & Start Return \u2192 Print Return Label<\/b><\/b><\/p>

        Option B<\/b><\/b><\/p>

        Returns \u2192 Print Return Label \u2192 Download & Print<\/b><\/b><\/p>

        4. Return Window<\/b><\/h2>

        You may return items within 90 days of purchase<\/b><\/span>, except for the following:<\/p>

        I. Non-Returnable Items<\/b><\/h3>

        • Worn, washed, damaged clothing, or clothing missing tags\/hygiene labels<\/p><\/li>

        • Grocery items<\/p><\/li>

        • Certain health & personal care items<\/p><\/li>

        • Customized items<\/p><\/li>

        • Certain underwear products<\/p><\/li>

        • Items marked as non-returnable by sellers (still subject to Quanlian policy)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          II. Electronics<\/b><\/h3>

          Most electronics have a 45-day, 60-day, or 90-day<\/b><\/span> return window.<\/p>

          Please check the product detail page for specifics.<\/p>

          Important:<\/b><\/b><\/p>

          Return packages must be shipped within 14 days<\/b><\/span> after submitting the return request.<\/p>

          Once the window closes, returns will no longer be accepted.<\/p>

          5. Refunds<\/b><\/h2>

          I. Advanced Refund<\/b><\/h3>

          In some cases, we issue a refund after you ship the package.<\/p>

          If the item is not returned or fails inspection, the amount may be charged back to your original payment method.<\/p>

            VI. Refund Processing Time<\/b><\/h3>

            Your financial institution may take 5\u201314 business days<\/b><\/span>, and in some cases up to 30 days<\/b><\/span>, to post refunds.<\/p>

            Shipping fees, import fees, and insurance fees are non-refundable<\/b><\/span>, except where required by law.<\/p>

            VII. Refund to Quanlian Credit (Optional)<\/b><\/h3>

            • Faster than refunding to original payment method<\/p><\/li>

            • No expiration date<\/p><\/li>

            • Cannot typically be exchanged for cash<\/p><\/li>

            • Can be used for future shopping on Quanlian<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              6. Refund Timeline<\/b><\/h2>

              After we process your refund, additional time is needed for your bank or payment provider to finalize the transaction.<\/p>

              I. Do Not Use the Delivery Address for Returns<\/b><\/h3>
